Pretty! I would maybe add a nude liner to your water line to make your eyes look bigger. Rimmel makes a great nude liner. (: And maybe try bold lipsticks? Just to make your makeup not so natural. I love Nyx and Wet n wild lipsticks! (:

I must say, I love your hair! And you just are gorgeous girl! Why not try an orange or purple eyeshadow? Or a bold lip!

You're gorgeous! A simple thing I do everyday to make my eyes pop is doing winged liner, it makes such a huge difference for me and it doesn't take too much extra time (unless I mess it up -.-) Another thing to do with eyeliner that is quick and can really spice up a look is using a color that isn't brown or black on the lower lash line. Something more unexpected like a bit of green (an olive green would look gorgeous in you, I think) is pretty and not super in-your-face.
I also totally agree with the other two ladies here, a bold lippie is so much fun. Definitely start with drugstore products because they have so much variety, and you can figure out which colors you love before buying anything high end. I would suggest a red for you if you are just venturing into non-neutral lippies (I love red against my pale skin and dark hair) because whether you choose a deep red or a bright red it will be bold and gorgeous! Wear what you love, figure out what colors and undertones you like and dislike, and you'll be rocking purple lipstick in no time! :)

And I think with your hair a nice plum color on your lips would be amazing‼️
