Those curls, in my opinion, look really messy. I'd go with straight hair, maybe add a braid or something.

Personally I wouldn't go with any braid. I say either go straight or a sleek bun/ponytail.

Go with whatever you feel comfortable with, they aren't going to concentrate on how pretty your hair is they will concentrate on how good you are during the trial
