Have you looked into hydrating foundations? Or any other products that are hydrating

For drugstore I have heard lots of good things about the Loreal True Match Lumi foundation. I have not tried it yet, but I'm pretty attached to my Wet n Wild coverall (however, they're dark tone range is non-existent. :( )

For higher end foundations, MAC Face and Body is wonderfuuuul. It stays very natural and dewy on the skin. Very buildable coverage. I have mixed feelings about Makeup Forever HD; I go through periods where it works great and others where my skin is just like noooo. But everyone is different! :D

I want to try the new NARS foundation that just came out (which I will leave a youtube link here for you, if you're interested http://youtu.be/8wAtMn1azrs and also this one http://youtu.be/7DRNawXXz10 for a couple of opinions ).

Also, if you've never tried it, Cetaphil's moisturizing lotion has really changed my life. I have really, really dry and flaky skin, and that moisturizer really keeps my skin hydrated. It says it's a body lotion, but it is perfectly fine for the face. It is also fragrance free and well suited for sensitive skin. I suggest giving that a try, if nothing else. :)

I hope that was helpful! I know the dry skin struggle.

So I bought the Loreal true match lumi the other day and I wore it out for the night. It went on beautifully, and looked really natural. Didn't catch onto any flakes. Coverage is light to medium, but is also buildable. I would definitely suggest you give it a try. So far I'm loving it. :)
