I have oily eyelids and face. I hate that all mascaras smudge flake and look like raccoon eyes within a hour or two...suggestions? I have short eyelashes and want length.

I have oily lids as well, but I don't have smudging issues. I don't use waterproof mascara cause it's a pain to take off, but you can always try waterproof. My favorite mascaras are maybelline falsies, makeup forever smokey extravagant, & Mary Kay lash love lengthening. (:

I'm oily as well, and Tarte lights camera lashes or the smart mascara works great! I've recently been using Lorac cobra mascara and that is also not smudging. All can be bought for 10.00 for small versions. xo.

Powder your eyes to get rid of oil, then apply your mascara.

I have same issues as you and this is the only mascara so far that doesn't transfer. And it's water "resistant" so it's very easy to remove
