You can either buy a angled liner brush, a regular liner brush or a bent liner brush.
I like to be very precise so I use a regular eyeliner brush.
I would buy the tarte gel liner since it comes with a two sided brush a regular and a bent.
heard great things about the clay & gel liner from tarte.

Okay thanks I usually just use the $1 elf liquid liner because I've used it for 2years, but I want to try gel, so I will definitely look at the tarte and loreal products.
