You could try: darkening around the crease of your eye, filling in only the center of your lips to get a puckered effect, wearing circle lenses, and doing puppy-eye eyeliner (droopy version of cat eye).

For a Halloween Party I went as a broken American Girl Doll, here is a picture of my makeup, lol. It was my first time t err ying anything costumey. I looked creepy, and my hair wasn't done in this pic, so excuse that. lol.
