I have super oily skin and use Nars Light Reflecting Loose Setting Powder on the areas that I usually get oily throughout the day and it keeps me matte (but don't go heavy handed with it or the little sparkles with show up, as long as you're light handed with it, they aren't visible)

I stopped trying to police my oil slick. The older I get the more I appreciate it as oily skin ages a bit slower than dry skin. I'm big on skincare keeping my oily/combo skin in check but as far as makeup goes...sometimes I use Hourglass Mineral primer but only in my t-zone. And ByTerry Hyaluronic Hydra-Powder is in rotation as well...sometimes I'll able that under my foundation or over it. Depending on the look I'm going for because if I get a lil too crazy with it it will make my skin super matte and that's not a look I like on myself.
