Remove shoulder puff?

Hello hello hello
I was wondering if it is possible to remove the shoulder puff on this dress?? I really dislike the puff and it would be awesome if you could do it. Can I take it to a tailor or something??

Just take it to a tailor and explain what you want done.

Is it like shoulder padding? Because you could probably cut shoulder pads out yourself

Those are just shoulder pads. You can take it to a tailor and have then removed. I personally think it'd be cuter with the shoulder padding though

It looks like it sticks out a bit so if you removed them it might not look quite right, I don't know that's just my opinion
