Hey guys! I need some help. Yesterday I got my hair done and it was supposed to be a nice caramel color with some highlights but the girl who did my hair just ruined it and bleach it till it looked white. Today I dyed my hair fully black but I'm scared that it will go green or grey. I need some tips. Here's my hair before, after and today's result.

As long as it hasn't already turned green or grey you should be good, but be very gentle with your hair since its recently been bleached, also because it must've been in for a while for it to lift an almost white blonde. Stay away from heat products, don't use shampoo everyday and use lots of conditioner to avoid further damage. You can go back in to get it fixed in a little while but just give your hair time to recover. I don't think it'll go green or grey, I've also had my hair bleached and dyed over and I've never had anything like that happen :)

Btw, a friend told me while I'm trying to get my color back, I should use a red color shampoo to give a nice pigmentation. Is it true?

Bleached hair has a hard time holding on to color, so you may find it bleeding and fading with multiple washes. If that happens You can dye again and it should hold better. I don't know about red shampoos but Sally's sells red protein fillers. You could also use a rich warm brown dye instead of black if you need to dye again.
