I love Seche Vite as well, and your right it does tend to shrink a bit when it dries. I find that this gets worse as the bottle is about half empty! All fast dry top coats I have tried gets kind of weird when you used about half! I bought a huge (!!) Seche vite pro bottle with about 11 refills, so every time mine gets a little hard to apply I pour some new top coat in the bottle and then it works perfectly again :)

Hey Sabrina! Do you think using "fresh" seche vite helps prevent shrinkage?

Well it does for me, mine only really shrink when it has been open for a while, so it might help! I will just take a picture of my big refill bottle.

I've contemplated buying that big one since I do my nails frequently and it's my favorite top coat. I've tried Essie's out the door quick dry and it's good, but nothing compares to seche! Maybe I'll invest in it! What base coat do you use?

Yeah I also started out using the Essie Out the Door, but this is so much better! And I'm very happy I got this big one - I do my nails like 2 a week, and I got this big bottle christmas eve 2013, and you can see how much there's left, so its worth the money!
I use Essie First base base coat - its good, but I still havent found one that I think is amazing!

Then I definitely will buy it, where did you get yours? I used to use nail envy but stopped for some reason lol. I'm contemplating trying a sticky base coat...

Uh I got mine as a gift from my mother in law, I'm pretty sure she got it of ebay - I'm from denmark, as you might know, so I don't know where you can get it, but try ebay :)
