Lash building fiber mascaras can cause irritation to the eye
I went to makeup school and my teacher even told stories of other students who had to go to the hospital because it irritates their eye so much

Do NOT put vaseline on your eyelashes/eyebrows.
it clogs up your pores, can cause acne and irration.

DO NOT USE VASELINE.

As Les said, Vaseline clogs pores and in serious cases can clog the tear duct and cause eye infections.

Mascara, eyelash curlers, and flashes will help give the appearance of longer lashes temporarily.

If you want long term results ask a doctor about Latisse, which is the ONLY proven method to growing your lashes and is only available by prescription

If you apply castor oil with a clean mascara wand every night before bed they will start to grow :) it has helped mine to get so much longer

Castor oil won't grow lashes either. As I said, the only proven thing to grow lashes is Latisse. You may have thought you saw results because you were actively checking your growth, which is something you normally wouldn't do. It's a placebo effect (:

It won't grow lashes where you don't have any, but it will moisturizer and condition your lashes , it will make them strong and less prone to shedding and breaking
