I'm kind of obsessed with this dress at the moment! I have no clue where I would wear it though. What do you guys think? Should I get it?!

My 21st birthday is in August. Maybe I can wear it then.?? Lol.

That's really cute! I love the heart shape top style. It doesn't look too casual to me so maybe wearing it to any parties? Your bday would look great!

Definitely your birthday. I see girls wearing things like that at the mall sometimes, with a cardigan or leather jacket. I always get sad because I can't pull something like that off lol. You could definitely accessorize it to your liking for your birthday or make it look classy casual.
