I love those shades of blonde on you! I don't even really see any patches. The colors really make your features pop! I would personally just write a letter to a higher ranked worker for the company and let them know what happened. I would just tell them what happened and tell them the boss person failed to fulfill what you wanted done. It is possible she may need a bit of a cosmetology school refresher! I'm really sorry you had to go through this ordeal, though! You look gorgeous(:

Looks 1000x better. You need to hit up google, yelp, pissedcomsumer, everywhere and spread the word about how they wemt about things lol. That's ridiculous. You can contact their corporate anonymously, but they'll probably still know it was you due to the specific situation. Sorry you had to go through this! At least you got it fixed, and you still have a full head of hair after all of it. :p.
