You do have to call ahead and ask the salon but they should cut them. Every time I go I just get a dry cut. Also what I do is label each extension weft so you know where to put them in your hair exactly how they were cut. What I do is on my right side I label them R1 R2 R3 then L1 L2 for the left and B1 and B2 for the back.

My extensions are 260 grams, lol so much hair, so I would say go for the 220 set! They're going to last longer than the 160 set and it'll make your hair so much more voluminous than the 160. A 40 gram difference in extensions is a lot. You won't regret the 220s :)

I personally like a lot of volume and I would buy a lot. So if thats what you want I would say 220. But 160 is good. Just depends on the look you want and its always a good idea to have extra lol. As for getting it cut, not all salons do it. So call in advance. They might want you to wear them first and cut it and you hair together to get the layers right.

I agree with Shanae. They should be able to cut them I don't see why not.

I think 160 would be enough. 220 would be more volume of course. But 160 would do the job. & I believe they do.

I've been wanting to buy clip ins from zala hair for a long time, but before I buy it I had a view questions. 1. I have pretty thin/fine hair and I'm not sure what grams to get. It's either 160 or 220, will 160 be enough? I don't want the extensions to be really thin. I'm going for more voluminous hair. 2nd, do salons cut hair extensions for you? I want to make sure they look as natural as possible, so if I needed to get them cut would I be able to do that? Any other tips and advice would be greatly appreciated.
