I would honestly get this done professionally. Lifting my hair myself is too difficult for me to get perfect results as bleach is difficult to work with on its own. You would need to lift and probably buy a pravana or product like that.

Well it looks like its faded from black to a gray then a gray/light blue color, I'd say try a manic panic light blue color and put conditioner in it to lighten the color since it'll probably be too bright, then put it near the ends like in the pic :)
