Hey everyone :)
I have a question. My make up stays in place all day long (foundation, bronzer, blush everything lol) but! My highlight always fades away... 😕 that's pretty annoying cause sometimes I only focus on my highlight when I do my makeup but it never last all day or all night...
Oh and I use a setting spray to fix my makeup. I use UD All Nighter.
Any tips?! 💋

@Crystal, which cream or stick highlighters do you recommend? :)

I would suggest a liquid highlighter. A great drugstore one is Revlon Skinlights, they have different shades. I also really like the Nars pro prime radiance enhancing primer. I use it as a highlighter after my makeup, it has the most beautiful and barely-there orangey gold shimmer particles in it.
I find that powder highlighters don't have much staying power compared to liquid, cream or stick formulas.

Okay great :) I will try a liquid or cream formula then! They gave me a sample from a liquid NARS highlighter at Sephora, I can't remember the name but I will try tomorrow and see if it works better!
But thanks, I will also try the Revlon one. I'm super broke at the moment lol so a great drugstore highlighter sounds perfect to me right now :D

I would purchase a foundation or concealer without shimmer and use that, seal that highlight with a light powder, illuminize high points with your shimmery powder such as tops of cheek bones, center of nose, cuspids bow etc.

Thank you Sarah <3
that's actually what I do everyday! But I don't seal it with a lighter powder though... I thought you couldn't seal powder with powder! I'll try that too :)

Oh Sarah beat me to it! I use a liquid pen from sephora collection along with their highlighting powder to layer. It should last all day, but you can also carry it along with you for quick touch ups :)
I heard that a good rule of thumb is that if you apply a liquid then you always want to try and set and apply a powder:)

Use a cream or a stick highlighter first and the powder one on top :) the Revlon Skinlights is amazing!

And it's liquid which will last you throughout the day (:. Consider using a translucent powder on top of anywhere you highlight!
Nyx has a good one.
Ben nye is great for high end too.
