If you search "matte velvet waterproof lip gloss" you can see that there are a ton of "brands" selling the same thing, all really cheap.

BornPrettyStore is based in China. Sometimes their stuff isn't the greatest quality(hence why they're super cheap), and shipping takes FOOOOREVER.

Yeah, Renay, I was going to order the #18, but I'm cautious about dealing with Chinese websites because of a bad experience last year. However my credit card was really great and got all my money refunded but it was a hassle. Not worth it.
