I have these little small collourless bumps all over my forehead and they popped up out of nothing, I bearlly have a pimple or somthing like that and I have super dry skin, I am 16 if that could help and please help me out I really don't know what it could be..

It could be milia, which I have no experience with but from my understanding milia is just colorless bumps. Sorry, I'm not much help!

It could also be subclinical acne. it's hard to tell without seeing it in person or feeling it though.

You can get rid of milia by exfoliating. I use Paula's Choice skin perfecting fluid and it gets rid of a whole host of things, milia included.
