The NW35 looks more brown/tan and the NC37 looks more yellow in my opinion but that's just what I think from comparing the shades on the MAC website so I'm not really sure. I think if you don't really have a yellow undertone then go for the NW35 but if you do have a yellow undertone then go for NC37. Hope I helped a little!

What's your undertone though because the shades your torn between have to different undertones one is cool and one is warm. I wear nc30 if that helps any.

Instead of making a new thread, I'd thought I'd just ask on this one so I don't interfere with other people's threads. [tell me of this is wrong to do] but anyways, I have also been really wanting this concealer, but I am not wanting to spend a lot of money to get the wrong shade. I tried findation and it wasn't a lot of help for me. a little about skin tone:
> yellow undertone
> fair-light skin
> I am N 1-2 in Loreal true match lumi
> and in covergirl age defying I am 130 classic beige
maybe that will help some hopefully!
