Hey beauties :)

I wanted to post this in the Reviews on BL but it seems like the product is new-ish, so it's not in there yet. I told some of you I was going to review this foundation so here it goes :)

Let me start by saying that this is my first foundation. I'm not a regular foundation wearer, I just wanted one for those "bad skin days". So I went to Sephora and I asked for a foundation that would be undetectable, as I can't stand foundations that look like, well, foundation.

She suggested a few products, but when I first tried on the Nude Miracle by Lancome (European name: Miracle Air de Teint) I was sold...almost. She matched me and I asked for a sample so I could try it at home. Unfortunately, those little jars they give you aren't all that handy since you can only get so much with its dropper and it's very runny, so in the end the product leaked out during my trip home.

A little bit of it was left inside the jar, and I tried it for an evening.
Guys, If feels AMAZING on the skin, it's like having nothing on. It goes on like an oil and then dries matte, still leaving your skin showing through from underneath.
On me, it lasted with and without primer. It can stick to dry patches, fortunately I only have one and I'm using a product to get rid of it (my holy grail, Kerium DS by La Roche-Posay for whoever is interested).

I have combination skini: normal all over except oily on the nose.

I also benefited by mixing it with a droplet of Jojoba oil (I was trying out one of Wayne Goss' suggestions), it makes it just a bit less matte, and then you can blot the excess shine but I didn't need to powder it at all.
Right now my skin has been breaking out a bit (no biggie, just hormonal). This does not cover up pimples at all, for that I use my trusty Secret Camouflage by Laura Mercier. BUT... it does blur them in a very satisfying way. So what I did is some pinpoint concealing on my blemishes and then went over it with the foundation and the result is flawless.

Lastly, the wear: it didn't wear off on me at all last night, I put it on at 5PM and I was out until 3AM, but I did set it with the Mist and Fix setting spray by Make Up For Ever. Right now I'm wearing it without any setting agent so I can get back to you on that front.

I don't think this is for everyone, the price is quite steep (I had a 20% discount on my card so I used it for this purchase) and of course it's for oily to normal skin, not dry.
My shade is 02, the second lightest shade (in the winter I get quite pasty!).

I can post a picture if anyone is interested, and any questions/comments are welcome :)

Have a fabulous day :D

Bottle with dropper, sorry it got a bit dirty with fingerprints

It says it should be applied with fingers (sponges would soak it up completely)

ANd excuse my nail, it's way too long. Lazy girl

Here is what it looks like on, or rather...what it doesn't look like. It literally looks like nothing, I applied it 5 hours ago. As you can see, my pimples are still there but this is super HD!

Oh wow! you look flawless :) you have really piqued my interest now I may have to get a sample. I was going to ask how you applied it but you've already answered :) how are the shades? does the shade you have match perfectly and how is the undertone?

Yes the shade matched me perfectly but since it's sheer it can work for other tones too. They have various undertones, neutral too and also dark shades :)

Here it is! This is just the foundation, no concealer or anything else, no primer. It mattified my nose, which is something I want, but it kept a certain "glow" on my face. It took away the ruddiness I get when I wash my face but matches my skintone very well. It blurs the imperfections: they're still there but it all looks so much better.
