Whiteheads on cheeks - need help fast!!

Over the last week lots of little whiteheads have appeared on my cheeks closer to my ears than my nose. I've never really had them before and my skin is normally quite clear but need a fast remedy to get rid of these or atleast calm them down! Any suggestions?
