Help with moisturizer and foundation?

I need a face moisturizer and a foundation that doesn't look cakey. I always have such a hard time finding these things and I don't know why haha but if you have any suggestions, that'd be very appreciated! I have dry skin, if that helps any.

I use Neutrogena's Oil Free Moisturizer. It comes in a bunch of options for different skin types, but I like the sensitive skin kind.
