Has anybody ordered from Anastasia Beverly Hills? The actual website! Their stuff from Ulta ships fast but I just ordered from their website for the first time almost a week ago and it hasn't shipped yet.

When I ordered from their website it was quick. It shipped the next day and got to me that week. With Ulta, it was quite the opposite.
I think that right now ABH may be taking longer because of the high demand that their products are receiving. They just released their shadows a couple months ago, the liquid lipsticks, and now some new contour shades. I have a feeling that could be why it's slower.

I had fast shipping from the ABH website as well, though my order was packaged in two separate packages and their actual packaging was open. The products themselves weren't open, it was just a bit weird. I'm inclined to agree with Cat, a high volume of orders means a slower rate of shipping.
