I don't know of any ways to get rid of them, but if you put a little bit of red lipstick on them under your concealer, it will cancel out the blue tones and make it much easier for your concealer to cover them up.

As for the flakiness, I would intensely moisturize them at night so you can put makeup on them.

You can put spoons in the fridge then put them under your eyes.

You'd need an anti-aging eye cream to prevent wrinkles. Regular face lotions or moisturizers shouldn't be used around the eyes so make sure it's a eye cream that you're using (:

Personally, a tip I've noticed (I don't have dark under eyes really but I have small wrinkles :( haha) is not to use so much product around that area. All you need under there is a corrector, concealer, and finely milled powder. I wouldn't recommend also using foundation

Use gel like concealer because the Matt ones are good for spots not for under eye circles! :) they would crease because of their texture.. And also how Les N. Said yellow colour will cancel out the blue tones under your eyes. Don't forget to bring the product into more like triangle shape and blend :)

Okay, I totally have the same problem, so I sympathize with you haha. My dark circles are hereditary and they're actually probably darker than yours. Currently I'm using Loreal True Match Foundation and Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer, and I apply both of them with a Beauty Blender, and yeah, it's working out super well. :)

Rose water is supposed to help and I've noticed results in the few days I've been using it :)
