I am in the need for a new base and top coat any suggestions.

This may sound wierd but for a basecoat I use white glue. I use it because i use a lot of glitter polishes and when you use white glue as a basecoat it saves you time because you can peel it off. Its really simple and cheap. For a topcoat I use Seche Vite(:

what other base and top coats do u suggest that is from the drugstore any from revlon or sally hansen
