Unfortunately the Melteds aren't a formula that is supposed to dry down; they pretty much come out of the tube the texture that they're going to be on your lips. If you aren't a fan of that, you might want to invest in a different product, or possibly a lip topcoat? I use the one by Anna Sui if I'm wearing a lip color that I know is prone to transfer, but it changes the finish a bit.

Place a tissue over your lips and dust translucent powder over your lips

I'm so glad that I read this before making my purchase, it allows me to make in informative decision on if I will like the product or not. I like less work, however will probably try one out for grins :)

I agree with Jacqueline.
I can't wear occ lip tars/melted when I don't have time to apply it properly.
its easy to rush it like gloss but this is definitely not gloss! you have to build. blot, and expect to have transfer.
I've been wearing a lot of gloss lately since its dry out and I don't want liquid lipstick all over my winter scarfs and sweaters.
when I know Ill b doing a lot of moving or dealing with my kid I lean twd liquid lippies that dry down.
lime crime velvetines, stila 24hr liquid lippies and the like.. :)
I do like that once applied properly my occ lippies last until I take it off..
