Real technique makes one that's not too expensive and does the job!

I love, love, loooove my Sonia Kashuk no. 4 brush. It's a dense flat top kabuki. Blends foundation gorgeously. It's $15 at target

What type of foundation are you wearing? What finish and coverage do you wish to achieve? I like a Demi matte finish so I like the urban decay karma brush or the large sephora domed stipple

Also, makeup a has a good point. Depends on the type of foundation + coverage you're trying to achieve. Also, the UD Optical blurring brush is quite nice but $10 more than the Sonia Kashuk one

Makeup A— haha, yes. That's true. I'm going to be wearing a liquid foundation. The type of coverage I like is a sheer/thin layer of coverage (semi-matte finish). I'll check that brush out. Thank you! x
