Honestly, I think you should get a sample and test it out for yourself! $38 is a lot of money to gamble with when its not yours. Wouldn't want you to be disappointed if if didn't work for you like it did others

I really wanted to try it but the shade was too dark, but I will tell you one thing, my mom loves it. She was highly devoted to bareminerals but when she tried Tarte's powder foundation she.hasn't gone back. She loved it so much that she bought the liquid version, and she hasn't used liquid foundation in over 25 years because she hates it, but she loves Tarte's face products so much. I would still try a sample before you buy though.

Blehh I hated it. Patchy application, made my skin look dry and gross even in summer when I am oilier. It's very thick and almost grainy. A no from me but I love their airbrush powder foundation if you're into that.

I also tried the one in the tube. Didn't like it. Looked & felt thick. And I like full coverage. But I don't want to look like I'm wearing full-coverage.

I liked it a lot but I agree it's not for dry skin. I have oily skin so It was great for me, I also recommend applying a little at a time so It won't build up & look cakey, I use my fingers to apply it

I was JUST checking out at Tarte and I had that foundation in my bag then I was thinking and I got rid of the foundation and came here literally 2 minutes later and found this! my skin is EXTREMELY dry so I'm glad I took it out of my bag!

Not a fan but did actually looked into their matte BB creme because my daughter has highly sensitive skin so we did a test run, I asked the makeup artist of the line to apply it on my daughter face so we could have a better idea how it looked on her and if indeed it was good for her and if it was truly matte since she also is extremely oily, but to my amazement it did what she said it would do stayed matte all day and the color was set well.my daughter and myself were completely pleased with it so I'm going back this weekend to purchase it for my daughter :)
