I'm going to be maid of honor in just a few months and I finally got my dress! I need help with makeup looks and shoes and jewelry and hair. I'm a natural blonde, but decided to go dark last year. I'm unsure if maybe blonde would look best with the dress or maybe another color? There's still 5 months until the wedding but I want to get everything in time!

I would ask the bride if she has any specific way she wants everyone to do their hair and makeup and if she has certain jewelry and shoes she wants you all to wear (:

The bride told me that as maid of honor I could go ahead and do hair and makeup and all that however I wanted. Only the bridesmaids have to be uniform(:

Then personally I would keep the makeup really light and natural, maybe with a soft pop of blue on the lower lash line. I wouldn't go for red lips, black smokey eyes, or anything really dramatic so you don't outshine the bride. I'd also do an updo to show off the details and the straps (:

I love this hairstyle. Although, if the other girls are wearing their hair down then I think you should do the same, thats just my opinion though. It doesn't have to be the same hair style or anything but I always think it looks better that way... As for makeup I agree with keeping it pretty and neutral. I think a light pink lip and I'll post a pic some pics of eye makeup...💕
