I recommend doing a loooooot of research prior to doing this as It does require good blending as well as a lot of patience to get it this light. You will need bleach, I recommend buying bleach powder from a beauty supply store instead of a kit from a drug store. I assume you will need to bleach your hair about 3 times to achieve this much of a lift (which you can use to your advantage when it comes to blending) as well as a developer, perhaps a 30 will work best without the damage from a 40. Naturally when you lift darks it leaves a brassy tone, so once you achieve the lightness you want you should use an ash blonde dye and maintain it with a purple shampoo. I really liked John Frieda's purple shampoo when my hair was livht.
