I think it looks beautiful the only thing I would say needs a little fixing is your top liner on your left eye (my right) it doesn't begin in the same spot as the other eye
But you really love the makeup look &would love to see your channel :-)!

I think a lot of the really good eye photos you see on pinterest are taken with pretty fancy cameras. You could try do a basic edit with "unsharp mask" or "smart sharpen" in photo shop, try all the auto settings for contrast, color and tone, first. Then run it through a filter (there are tons of online filters). As for a youtube channel, if you find a channel you like, you could ask in the comments about what camera/lighting setup they use.
