Im breaking out again! i been using the black african soap everyday nd a ddf moisturizer nd a blemish control toner.. they tell me its hormonal pimples how do I get rid of them?!

Hazel, I use African Black Soap also, and it works well. Are you using a 100% raw organic form of it, or a commercial one with added chemicals? Check out this link for a good African soap that's cheap: http://www.amazon.com/100-Pure-African-Black-Liqiud/dp/B000W3WP1W/ref=pd_sim_hpc_6
Follow up with an organic, chemical-free moisturuizer and you should be good to go. Also, avoid dairy and soda. That really aggravates the skin.

Yes, the soap is for breakouts, getting rid of acne scars, eczema and other skin conditions. It leaves you with a beautiful complexion.

Patricia S, No, not at just any old retailer. But online there are many websites to order from, also you can find it at African/carribean/Jamaican stores, or places like Whole Foods where they sell organic stuff. But the African Black Soap in bar form is not as effective as the liquidy/waxy stuff that comes in the tub.

Karla, I use it before bed, and in the morning as soon as I wake up. But it will dry the skin out, so the Burt's Bees face cream I mentioned in the other thread is very helpful to use after each face wash. You should only wash the face twice daily, no more than that.

yes i use the original one this girl on here recommended it it helped me alot but now i break out nd they are tiny red ones on my jaw i use it at night nd idk im just stressed of these breakouts! like make up covers it but i dnt want to wear makeup everyday..

Use this as a spot treatment. It's cheap and really works great on pimples.
