Line your lip with a lip liner that's a bit darker than your lipstick and go just a LITTLE bit outside your natural lip line. Apply your lipstick and take a white powder and apply it to the center of your lips. Then apply gloss. Apply a highlight on your cupids bow and apply a bit of bronzed under your lip.

This might sound wierd but one of the ingredients in a lot of lip plumpers is cinnamon because it causes them to tempararily get irritated and swell up (thats why some burn) so if you want try cinnamon(:
