Seriously Dehydrated Skin!

I need serious help. My skin is combination and acne prone but it's really really dehydrated right now. It's really noticeable too. Anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do ??

I just started using Burt's Bees Natural Face Solutions Intense Hydration night cream. AMAZING!!! (Don't confuse it with the day cream, which looks similar but doesn't give as much moisture). I also use this cream in the morning after I wash my face. It's a little pricey but worth every penny. And it will last a while because a little bit goes a long way with this product. You won't need to use a ton of it to achieve results.
