I have weird lips that my top lip like slightly goes over my bottom and lipstick just won't look good on me, lip gloss is ok but is there any way to like change this

Maybe try using a darker shade of whatever color your using on the sides of your top lip. It should deemphasize the area and create a contour/receding effect and in the middle of both lips add the lighter shade. Hopefully that should bring balance...

i would use a lip plumper on the bottom to make the overhang less noticeable.
