Does anyone have any good pimple clearers? I have an oily T-zone and chin but the rest of my face is dry. Any suggestions? And I have red blemishes from old pimples, what is a good solution for them?

I have the same type of skin and nothing I used got rid of my cystic acne except image skincare's acne products, they are very potent but your skin eventually adjusts. I use the cleanser and medicated lotion.

Try a Clarisonic and Philosophy's Purity cleanser...worked wonders for my acne and similar skin. The cleanser is gentle so it won't dry out your skin like some harsh ones do. If you go with the Clarisonic get the Delicate or Sensitive skin brush.

Any kind of facial dry up medicine works! Put it on over night for about 1-3 nights, and your blemish will be gone! Also terminator is a good one, and any proactive! :)

African Black Soap. The 100% raw one that comes in the round container, not the bar form. Very cheap and clears acne fast.

It dries the face out though, so a good heavy moisturizer is needed with this product. I suggest Burt's Bees night cream. Best moisturizer I've ever used.

Use a non forming gentle cleanser (ex: cetaphil, fresh soy face cleanser) so it doesn't dry out your skin, use a separate, light moisturizer(bioderma hudrrobio legere, or La roche posay hydraphase legere) on your oily T zone, and use hydrating serum in other areas of your face (Caudalie Thirst quenching serum). For your spots: use chemical exfoliant to remove dead skin cells and speed up skin renewal (Ren Gyocolatic mask), lasting use a sunscreen (at least spf30) so the scars don't get darker. Wish it helps!
