I've heard of this and I don't care about the supposed health benefits of it because drinking one's urine just sounds straight up nasty!

You could get cancers from drinking ur pee or pee in general!!! :/ that's sick! Eewww

There is zero - and I mean absolutely zero - scientific evidence to suggest that the contents of your urine have any benefit whatsoever. It's not going to hurt you as it's a sterile solution, but no doctor in his right mind with REAL medical and scientific training would recommend such a thing.
