I don't wear a lot of make up but when I do it's just mascara and eyeliner and I never know what to do with my hair. I really need some fashion and style tips. I need new ideas

I think that you should maybe use the wand in your hair and use done lip color!

try something new with your fringe instead of putting it to the side, blowdry it into a sweep. neutral eyeshadows would look good with liquid eyeliner and a soft pink lipstick.

have you tried braids?, there's a lot of braids that you can do with your hair, and it is much better than using heat on your hair, for makeup maybe a color (purple, blue, green, whatever) eyeliner on the lid nothing major, you start trying color and it won't look crazy

Maybe using a flatiron just to smooth out ur hair and make it shiny. U can also pin back front parts of ur hair for a little diversity.. Super cute super easy

You can curl your hair, French braid, side braid, fish tale, do a mermaid wavy look and pull your top pieces back, straighten it and make a side swept bang, do a pony tale and curl the hair in the pony tale and straighten your bangs. Also you can never go wrong with pencil skirts, boots, uggs, ankle booties, wedges, pumps, skinny jeans, leggings, sweaters, cardigans, cute tank tops, dresses, scarves, etc. and cute earrings can always pull an outfit together
