This may be a stupid question, but how do you deep condition your hair? How long is the process and what products do you use?

All deep conditioning is is leaving conditioner on your hair for a extended amount of time. Usually when I do mine the time ranges from an hour to hours depending on how I feel. It doesn't have a time limit, it won't hard your hair. But in my mix I use Queen Helene's Cholesterol, a random VO5 conditioner, Creme of Nature: Argan Oil conditioning treatment, castor oil, coconut oil & sometimes honey. Of course I don't need to use all of this at one time but I like how it makes my hair feel.
