i dont know how old r u but depends on your age and skin. . .
there are ample of highly recommended eye cream from organic or natural brands available in the market, but always check for ingredients while using any eye cream.. my friend is also facing the same problem....like dry skin puffiness, etc.. she's 21 and works long hours... come home, study... spend a lot of time on the computer so her eyes are drained.
she's been using conventional eye cream, she just felt it moisturised but it didn't do her any justice. So i've been getting her samples here and there, after a long search on web i got this site read here http://www.healthnewsreports.com/eye-cream/ perfectly explain which eye cream are gonna work for u!! so don't think too much just read through it, also do a search perhaps and decide which one is best for u? hope it helps :)
