I use aquaphor too and it's better than anything I've used so far. I use a lip scrub by Victoria's Secret but sugar and honey will work too.

Whipped cherry fruit scrub by bite beauty you can get it at sephora. It's like an exfoliator for your lips. I put it on before bed sometimes. Make sure to rub it in a lot though.

Use some sugar and olive oil as an exfoliant. Mix until it's a paste like consistency and then gently exfoliate your lips. Follow with chap stick.

Exfoliate your lips to remove dead skin then i reccomend applying vaseline lip therapy to your lips, its worked wonders for me!

I use a lip scrub and my favorite most moisturizing Chapstick or Vaseline. If my lips aren't to bad after the lip scrub I use my baby lips. This routine works wonders for me! I really hope this helps and if you try it, that it works!:)

This might souls strange but brush your lips like you brush your teeth. It removes the dead skin and cell on your lips. Hope it helps (:
