Just started applying my foundation with a brush... I don't know why this did not happen sooner. I feel like a grown up now & I'm 36.
No more icky sponges for me!! :)
Anyone have any tips for mastering application?

You have tones of brushes that give different effects ( more or less coverage) thé more important is to not make lines and to spend time to blend it well (curcular motion from inside to outside is a base )

heres a good technique for applying foundation.. i do this for making pores disappear with my real techniques stippling brush .very lightly go over the area in a circular motion, then go back over it in a circula motion in an opposite direction you previously went.

also, always use a super light hand when applying all of your face makeup, try using the brushes lighter pressure then you normally do and when you step back and look at your makeup afterwards youll be amazed at how much more airbrushed it looks..

Thanks ladies!!! I do think it covers pores a lot better.
I bought set of the Sonia Kashuk brushes because I did not want to spend a lot of money of the bat. So far I think they are good. Although, the set did not come with a stippling brush so, I'm going to have to pick one up. Also, wanting to try some higher end foundation too. The only higher end brands I've tried are Clinique & Origins. I'm looking into trying the Kat Von D but, will check out some of your suggestions. Right now I use Revlon Anti-Aging but, need to kick it up a notch to the good stuff haha
