No. I'm a registered nurse, so while I'm not a dietician I am very well educated about nutrition and health. These diet fads, and they are just fads, will not give you the results you're seeking. Focus on a diet rich in whole foods and lots of water. Try and stay active when you can. Get some sleep. And save your hard-earned money for something that will make your life better. :-)

If you're serious about this, supplements will help only if you add in regular exercise and eat healthily. That means you have to lift weights, get in a good amount of cardio, and cut back on fatty, unhealthy foods. If you are willing to do all this, then go ahead and take your supplements. But if you know that it's something you can't keep up, don't waste your money. I'd advise you start a workout regimen and keep that up for a few months to see how you feel, then add in the supps when you think you're ready.
