The only thing i know is that my grandma takes them and feeds them to her cat. o_o I think they help skin or something but i've never heard of anyone who takes them for beauty reasons. (:

I've never used it because I don't like the possible side effects the biggest one, for me, being body odor. Halitosis & nausea are also side effects. I've also heard taking too much can cause bloody urine.

My sister pops the pill and applies it to her hair. Strangly her hair never smelled weird, was always curious and thought it was odd. but i do read that it is really good for hair damage.

I was looking around for side affects but they are side effects which means many people who has taken them has not had a problem. i didnt see the body oder one but it can cause bad breath its obvious since its fish oil. and nausea is another one i saw, the side affects arent serious and you should test them out and see how it works out for you.

I take one everyday with a multivitamin! I don't take it for hair health or anything. They're good for your heart and if it helps anything else then fine lol. Mine are by Nature's Bounty and they're the odorless kind. Been taking them for four years now. No kind of side effects either.
