Help Really Bad Hair Dandruff

ive suffer from dandruff for more than a yr now,its like creamy and itches alot,now its making my hair come out from the root...please im desperate ive tried all kinds of dandruff shampoos over the counder also vinegar and nothing works 😞

You may want to see a dermatologist to make sure it's not a certain dermatitis or something medical like an scalp infection.
