Foundation wise go for make up forever hd and concealer go for Mac. Stila eyeliner is very high rated. If you prefer a mineral foundation go for bare essentials it's quite good

Foundation and blush! I use MAC and I wear makeup everyday and it typically lasts about 4-5 months so its def worth it!

Makeup brushes, you can have the best makeup but its no good unless you apply it with great tools. Try mac or sigma line! And this is a good question, i wish i thought of this. Anyways also any urban decay palette is worth saving for!

I would definitely say any type of palette. I love my naked palettes. When traveling its so convenient. You get the bang for your buck because you have a variety of colors & shades to choose from for one price.
