So a friend of mine is trying to grow her hair out. She has tried mane and tail- dried her hair out, with conditioner. Biotin pills- breakouts. She doesn't use any heat whatsoever. She deep conditions once a week. Washes every other day. I think I covered everything she does. But idk what to suggest to her, nothing works! Help!

Instead of washing every other day tell her to co-wash her hair. That will most definitely stop the breakage. And try taken the hair and nail pills instead.

If your talking about anything from your body in general, you need, vitamins, protein, fiber and such. That's what really get to you, all those side things she's been trying are just some help. She needs things that will help her hair grow from food and such so.

Take fatty acids like omega 3 tablets and evening primrose, also tell her to drink lots of water. This will help her skin and nails aswell as her hair.

water, oil treatments on the scalp, AND MOST OF IMPORTANT MASSAGE. the more u massage you're scalp vigorously the faster you're hair will grow as you are stimulating your hair follicles (where you're hair grows from)
