I have Tried absolutely everything from the nail polish, to soaking them in lemon juice! And I can't find a way for me to stop Bitting my nails please help! they're getting to the point that they are really sore and bleeding!

Try Sally Hansen stop biting nail polish it tastes bitter when put on so it should help u stop biting ur nails

When they get to a point where theyre not as raw and painful, try applying fake nails! Impress are my favorites. These are the only things thay got me to stop biting. They look so amazing you'll do anything to keep them on for as long as possible. :)

I bit my nails for around 15 years, I started using Nailtiques harder and it helped my nails grow faster and harder, I stopped biting them after. Now they are beautiful
