It's very hard to go dark to blonde. I mean very hard on the hair. So if you do go that route try blonde highlights first. What about adding some red or golden tones?

Ok ms green eyes and flawless skin, you could pull of anything!!!! I think a dark nutty brown would look absolutely gorgeous and definitely exotic, otherwise the photo above is a great color id probably go a shade darker and add some copper
