Thats a pretty dress! Nude heels would pair up great with some golden jewelry.
Earrings and rings would be a good idea.

I would wear something that is shorter and mimics the neckline. Don't wear anything that hangs or dangles straight down. A lot of my peplum tops and dresses have a wide you-neck/scoop neck, so I often wear a necklace that just sits on top of my collar bone... I would go with something like that. So wear a "bib" style necklace or something that looks like a really loose choker... something like this.
